WOD September 12th- Clean Your Way

Strength Push Press 3 x 5 reps Push Jerk 3 x 3: Progressive increase in weight each set if able. Go from floor if able to warm up power clean for wod.

5 Cleans-(Power or squat- 205/135)

10HSPU (Mod- Box assisted or Seated KB Press)

50 DU (2 to 1 singles)
