Strength Back Squats 5 x 3 reps with 3 second pause in bucket: Warm up good and try to go heavy early, take plenty of recovery time between sets.

 

WOD – For Time

30-20-10

Back squats (From Floor-155/105)

Wall Balls (20/14)

Med ball sit ups (use same wall ball)

(Time Cap 16 minutes)
