While one partner runs 200m, partner 2 will be working on the chipper. Switch when 200m run completed:

60 Slam ball step-ups (slam-ball then step-up with slam ball = 1) 24/20″

70 Thrusters 45/35#

80 Push-ups

90 Sit-ups

100 Double-unders (3x singles)
