WOD…Aug 3rd…AMRAP!

Strength – Strict Press – every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.  Work to a heavy 5 and use the same weight for all 5 sets.  Clean from the floor.

WOD

Five sets of:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

3 – Pull-Ups

6 – Burpees

9 – KB Swings – 24/16k

3 minutes rest between sets
