Strength/skill w/u 3 Touch and go Clean and Jerks or Power snatches every 90 seconds for 5 rounds: Start light and start with whatever movement coincides with the Benchmark WOD you will choose to do first, increase in weight each set until you reach the weight you will be using to perform WOD.

30 Power snatches (135/95)
15 minutes from original start of clock, it will start again for anyone interested in tackling the other WOD.
