PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer both 1/2 hour and full hour one-on-one personal training sessions. This time can be used to set goals, discuss nutrition, work on technique for a particular movement, or simply to get a killer workout.

Our pricing is in line with the industry norm of $65 per hour for non-members and is discounted for our members. We also offer discounts when multiple sessions are purchased for non-members and members alike.
