Both Partners will complete:
40 Ball Slams (heavy as possible) while other partner holds an elbow plank
30 KBS (16/24kg) while partner performs a wall sit
20 Stone to Shoulder – alternating while other holds a KB (16/24kg) to chest
15 Shoulder 2 OH (95/115#) while other performs a dead hang on pullup bar
10 Front squats (same weight as S2OH) while other holds handstand against wall (or a plate over head)
