80 – Burpees – Synchronized – 1 after the other with everyone working
100 – lateral jumps – 20/16” – 2 people working at a time
120 – Air Squats – Synchronized – 1 after the other with everyone working
140 – Abmat Sit-up – Synchronized – 1 after the other with everyone working
160 – Mountain Climbers (each leg is 1) – Synchronized – 1 after the other with everyone working (2 reps per person)
