Strength Strict Press 3 x 5 @ 75-80% , Push jerk 3 x 3 @ 90-95% with slow descent:  Once ready to go to working sets of push jerks, begin with 90% and only increase if able to complete all 3 reps

25 TTB (mod-hanging knee raises/Leg raises w/hip extension)
