With a Partner for Time

Run 1 mile

20 Wall Ball, 10 Push-ups

Run 800m

40 Wall Ball, 20 Push-ups

Run 400m

60 Wall Ball, 30 Push-ups

Run 200m

80 Wall Ball, 40 Push-ups

Both partners run, wall balls and push-ups are split between partners however you like. Both can be working at the same time (1 person doing push-ups, 1 person doing wall balls).
