January 17th – Increase 1 & 1

Skill/Warm-up Tabatas: #1-Row x 4/WB x 4     #2-DU’s/Superman reps or hold

Core: Russian Twists 20 sec/Med ball situps 20 sec/20 sec rest x 4

WOD – Every 2 min. x 10

8 pull ups (increase by 1 each round)(mod-banded or ring rows)

1 Deadlifts (275/185) (increase by 1 each round)

***Once you reach failure, reduce to reps you can sustain for remainder of wod***

***The last round, if you make it there will have 17 pull ups and 10 deadlifts***
