May 6th- Foundation 1023 Fundraiser

Fly-Paddle-Love

Join us as we team up with Foundation 1023 to raise money and awareness in support of mental wellness for our First Responders. We will have a workout for those that want to participate; kids will have the opportunity to explore emergency and first responder vehicles, and will have a bouncy house to play in.  The event will run from 10 to 1 with the workout commencing around 10:30. There will be some great raffle prizes given away including a helicopter ride, with all proceeds going to Foundation 1023.

1023 Workout

In teams of 3-5 complete 10 rounds: (No more than 2 people working at a time, on one movement at a time. Split up work however team decides)

23 – Plate ground to overhead

23 – Situps

23 – Wallballs

23 – Burpees

*In addition to above work, each team must complete a 1 mile run (as a team) carrying 1 sandbag. The run can be completed at any point during the workout as long as a sandbag is available.
