CrossFit Kids

Strength – Back Squat – Work up to a 5 rep max box squat and then complete 5 x 5.  Make sure to rest adequately between each set to ensure a 5 rep max box squat each set.

WOD

For time: 20 min cap

30 OHS – 115/75#

60 – Burpee over bar

400 meter sprint

*Bonus* – 135/95#
