Bulgarian Split Squat – 5-5-5-5-5

OHS – 10 with bar – 5 – 40% – 5 – 50% – remaining 5 sets increase by ~5% up to 75-80% of 1 rm

BSS – Find a weight that is challenging and use for all sets of 5 (5 per leg)
