WOD…Aug 15th…Team!

Team WOD

In teams of 3 complete 5 rounds each for time:

500 meter Row

25 – KB Goblet Squats – should be heavy

5 – Wall walks or 12 Donkey Kicks (hold plank until rotation)

Each person starts at a station and does not rotate until everyone is done with their work
