Skill/wu 12 Min. cycle of following exercises: 2/1 rope climbs (3-4 hand over hand), 10 slam balls, 10 jumping lunges, 10 light KB swings, 200 meter run or 250 row

WOD- 10 min AMRAP 

50 Ab mat s/u

20 burpees

10 bar m/u (mod-10 pullups or ring rows + 10 box dips)
