WOD
3 – 5 minute rounds for max reps at each station:
From 0:00-2:00, row 400m then DU
From 2:00-3:00, SDHP – 115/75#
From 3:00-4:00, T2B
From 4:00-5:00, Box Jump
Rest 5 min between rounds
Max reps per round
