While 1 person rows the other can complete any of the following before switching (must perform at least 3 different movements during the WOD):
5 – MU
30 – HSPU
40 – KB Swing – 24/16K
40 – WB – 20/14#
40 – Pull-up’s
50 – Push-up’s
50 – Alternating Lunges
50 – Air Squats
60 – Abmat sit-up’s
Score will be total meters rowed as a team. Team of 3 will have two rowers. Total meters of both rowing machines will be added together.
