Strength

Snatch Balance 6 x 3 reps. Concentrate on form and speed. Increase weight if form allows.

 

WOD

4 Front Squat/ 8 Toes to Bar (155/105) (mod for TTB leg raises from floor/knee raises)

2 minute rest

4 Snatch (135/95)/20 DU’s (singles are 2 to 1)

Repeat. Each 2 min AMRAP is a separate score.
