Partner WOD (5 Rounds for Time)
20 – Sledge Hammer Swings (10 each side)
20 – Burpee Box Jumps (each partner) – 24/20
3 – Banded Runs green/purple (wall to column)
1 person starts with sledge while other does box jumps – when both have completed you switch
Then move on to run – each person does 3 runs (you can break this up however you want)
