WOD October 14th – 90 Reps

Strength Clean and Jerk x 2 every minute for 6 rounds:  Separate the two lifts so you can fully focus on good technique. Practice whichever kind of jerk (split or push) that you think needs it.

15 Bar Facing Burpees (two foot takeoff)

9 Hang clean and jerk (155/105)
