Strength – Snatch Complex – 10 min EMOTM – 1 High Hang Squat + 1 Hang Squat + 1 Squat Snatch + 2 OHS

WOD

10 2-minute rounds of:

5 Burpees

10 push-ups

15 squats

5 Burpees

10 push-ups

15 squats

Row for calories

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Note number of calories rowed each round.

If more than 12 divide class in half and start the second group at the completion of minute 1 for the first group.
