Skill/Strength: Pull ups 5 max sets/Dips 5 max sets: Use a band if necessary that allows you to get at least 3 strict pull ups, for those that have strict pull ups do 5 max sets. For dips use Rings if possible, otherwise talk to coach about various scaling options to improve dip movement.
