Skill/Warm-up 8 min of following:  10 Bar Kips/5 Burpees/20 sec HS hold/5 burpees/10 sit ups

Work through these at a moderate pace, just as a warmup

WOD -For Time

150 Pull ups (Mod-banded or ring rows)

150 HSPU (Mod KB presses or Box hspu)

150 TTB (mod-hanging knee raises/leg raises lying down)

***Split up reps however you want between 2 people with only one person working at a time/must complete exercises in order -PROTECT HANDS!!!!!!****
