Core: Supermans (Moby’s Flower style! Holding up in superman position, during “sally down” 1 quick rep down then right back into up position); then 3 rounds each 7-Partner Leg Throws (down+left+right=1)

Partner WOD-  15min AMRAP

10- Power Cleans 95/65#

10- Mountain climbers (L+R=1)

10- Push-ups

Alternate every-other movement- Round 1: P1 completes all cleans, P2 completes mt climbers, P1 completes push-ups; then Round 2 P2 does cleans, P1 does mt climbers, P2 does push-ups…
