Skill/Warmup- Partner row intervals-150/250/300/250/150: Rest as other goes, try to increase the pace with each interval.

12 minutes to pick a skill that you need to work on

WOD – For Time

Row 1500 meters for time or Run 1 mile for time

(Time Cap- Whenever you get done…Hopefully before the next class starts)
