Each partner will buddy carry their partner down and back – 60’ total for each
100 – Push-up – switch as needed
Buddy carry – 60’ (each)
100 – Air Squats – switch as needed

100 – Med Ball abmat sit-up – count each person’s sit-up
Buddy Carry – 60’
90 sec elbow plank…time is called when both partners have successfully accumulated 90 sec in the plank.
