Strength Cycle week #5 Back Squat 1 x 8 @ 60%, 1 x 6 @ 75%, 1 x 4 @ 80% 2 x 3 @ 85%: Based on most current 1RM. Squat depth is crucial on this cycle, whether front or back squats.
