WOD…Jan 24th…Team!

20 min AMRAP – 4 stations

1) 200 Meter Run

2) GTO – 95/65 

3) Box Jumps – 24/20″

4) Pushups

There will always be a runner.  When the runner returns you will shift to the next station.  Keep track of your individual reps and add all of them together at the end.
