Skill/Warm-Up

12 minute of the following cycle:

3 wall walks,  10 bar kips, 10 OH squats (PVC or empty barbell), 10 low box jumps, 200 meter run

WOD

12 Min AMRAP

12 pull ups

12 HSPU (mod KB seated press or box assisted hspu) **Please, no kipping HSPU on neighboring wall**

12 Box Jumps (24”/20”)
