Tabata 1: Light Thrusters/ burpees- alternating

Tabata 2: DU’s/box jumps- alternating

Strength: Power snatches 3 Touch and go every 90 seconds for 6 rounds.

WOD 3 Rounds for time:

10 Thrusters (135/95)

8 Bar Facing Burpees

200 meter run

(Time Cap 15 minutes)
