Partner WOD
22 min AMRAP
25 – MB Sit-up/toss over box – 20/24”
20 – Burpees while partner holds plank (no plank = no rep)
15 – PG2OH – 45/25# – partner hugs plate and holds the bottom of the squat
10 – Pull-ups (if both are proficient with pull-ups then the other will hold a chin over bar L otherwise non-working partner holds chin over bar or hangs from the bar or the rings)
