WOD…Oct 9th…Clean!

CrossFit Kids

WU/Skill – 3 rounds for max reps.  1 min air squat followed by 1 min burpee (1 round).  At the end of each min the coach will ask for a rep total.  1 min rest between rounds.  Highest total for each movement per class will go on the board to challenge all others.

30 – Squat Clean – 155/115#

50 – Push-up
