WOD…Sept 2nd…Kevin!


3 rounds for time of:
32 – deadlift – 185/115#
32 – hanging hip touches, alternating arms –
800-meter running farmer carry – 8/12k kettlebell or hand weights

Hanging hip touches can be scaled with a band that still challenges your grip or completed on the rings.  To further modify you can take up some weight with your toes on the ground  However they are completed we want to minimize body movement by focusing on a dead hang while holding a hollow body position.
