40 burpee over partner (switch every 4 reps)

Run 400m

60 barbell Front rack lunges (switch every 6 reps) (L+R=1)

Run 400m

80 Medball clean + pass

Run 400m

100 Lateral barbell jumps (switch every 10 reps)(Over & back =1)
