WOD

200m run with kettle bell

80 KB swings

200m run with kettle bell

80 KB Goblet squats

200m run with kettle bell

80 KB push press

200m run with kettle bell

80 KB front rack lunge (L+R=1)

200m run with kettle bell

Reps are total for both you and partner (not each), switch as often as needed. DO NOT PUT KETTLE BELL DOWN! If kettle bell is put down at any point it is a 5 burpee penalty for each partner.
