WOD October 19th – Tres Cincos

Skill wu-12 Min. cycle of following exercises: Rope Climbs 2/1, 5 burpees, 5 light kb swings, 15 abmat sit-ups, 200 run or 250 row.

Individual attempts for class records: (May be attempted during or after 12 minute cycle if room)

#1-5 Rope climbs for time (Time begins with feet on floor and ends after touching top of rope on 5th climb)

#2- 1 minute to perform 5 burpee box overs (20” male and female) and then max du’s.  Score= DU’s completed.

#3A- Longest Handstand hold #3B- Longest distance for Handstand walks (3 attempts)

 

WOD – 7 min AMRAP

5 Burpee box jumps (30/24”) RX= 2 foot takeoff

5 KB Swings (32/24)

5 Plate “get ups” (35/25)
